my customer has a BCM with IP sets and they are using call log. When they press dial from the logged call it doesn't dial out...Here's what's happening - no edit prompt to add a 9 either
When you hit the “Calls” button – the display gives the following options: Feature, Old, Resume, New –
When you arrow down it changes to : Feature, copy, Trim, Dial. If you hit “Dial” - it will pick up the handsfree function with dial-tone and display will say “No line Selected”
