I'm not sure what version the BCM 400 is but has anyone had several IP phones,at the same time, lose internal d/t, therefore not being able to make any calls? I've been able to fix the problem by disableing/re-enabling each ext. Have had to do this twice in the last 2-3 months. Seems like the same ext. numbers each time. any suggestions? Could not find a patch on the Nortel site for this particular problem. Thanx.

are you experiencing an otherwise active phone with no dt (can dial, but no sound) or a seemingly dead phone that does not respond but displays date and time?

i would reverify network settings and possibly you network config.

can you provide more details of the network infrastructure?

When these IP phones have no internal d/t, no button or anything else works. You can dial but the call goes nowhere. These phones have been installed for a few months, at least, but the problem first started 2-3 mths. ago, with no problem between episodes.

These IP phones are at one of 3 locations, each connected to one another with a PRI point-to-point T1. As far as I know, this is the only location of the 3 that is having this problem. Any help is appreciated.
