BCM IP phones and voicemail failing sporadic!

BCM 400 Rls. 3.6. Rp oughy once a week at different times the system voicemail,ip phones, and web inteface become unavalable. A hard reboot fixes problem. How do I stop this and has anyone had this problem?

looks like something to do with the windows side ...

1. Do you have the latest cumulative patch installed - i think it is 2.2

2. Do you mean that you power down and up the bcm - have you tried looking at the command line interface (serial)

i do have the lattest patch it was happening before as well as now. what should I be looking for in the command line

you can do most of the stuff in the serial comm. - check for possible problems in the bcm - if nothing atleast use that option to reboot/shutdown the BCM. the HDD might live a bit longer that way

do all these go down at the same time or each one fails one at a time and nothing works

what other IP traffic you have on the BCMs network?
can you get in on the UI using the other NIC - if u have it
any alarms?

probably a good case for nortel to take a look

They all fail at the same time. Errors are 326,323,331,330,328,326. I can email you the error text files if you would like. The only problem is I can only ball park the failure time and can't be sure they are nessasary related.
