Trying to setup another IP phone 2002 but it keeps saying the BCM isn't found.

Thought it was a license problem but here is what we have.

IP Clients -1
IP Clients – 8
IP Clients – 1
IP Clients – 1

10 IP Phones online

So we should have 1 more client to be used.

I've setup IP phones before so the phone settings are correct.

Nortel BCM 3.5

Can you remove one working phone - use the same port and same settings and see if the phone works?

if it would be a license problem, the phone would say "no ports left"

this is a network issue. are the ip-parameters set correctly on the phone?

There are probably 11 phones "registered" but 10 phones "registered and connected". This happens when you replace a phone and don't de-register the old phone. You most likely need to "de-register" the MAC address that is not hooked up to release the last license.

Good Luck
Rob
