BCM IP ADDRESS

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO EXTRACT THE IP ADDRESS FROM A BCM?
I HAVE A ENTERPRISE EDGE 1000 I BELEIVE IT IS RELEASE 1 OR 2 THE SYSTEM POWERS UP AND I AM ABLE TO CONNECT A PHONE TO THE 32 PORT CARD AND THE PHONES WORK BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CHANGE THE VOICE MAIL OR THE MAKE CHANGES TO SOME OF THE SYSTEM.

I TRIED CONNECTING USING 10.10.10.1 THRU MY INTERNET EXPLORER AND DID NOT CONNECT. I TRIED CONNECITNG FROM THE COM PORT AND I GET, USER NAME: I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO PUT AT THAT POINT. I HAVE NOT TRIED CONNECTING TO THE MODEM. IS THERE A PROCEDURE IN CONNECTING TO THE MODEM?

I'm assuming when you said 10.10.10.1, you also included :6800. Also, at user name, did you try supervisor(login)/visor(pswd)? Possibly try ee_admin/eedge for access..

Since you got in via the Com port, that method will get you what you need to be able to see your LAN settings.
For 2.0 system, use:

User name= EE_Admin

password= eedge

For 1.0 system, use

User name= supervisor

password= super


then hit (CTRL) Y to access the main menu.

The default IP is 10.10.10.1
subnet mask is 255.255.255.0

Thanks BagsNYC and MarvO1 for your help. I was able to get in from the com port and the IP address. One note on the com port, it needs to be a cross over cable for access.
