BCM Interface and voice ties

I have been asked to provide a voice tie for a BCM, I believe they follow the pin-outs on the Amphenol 25 way like so:

26 - 1
27 - 2
28 - 3 x
29 - 4 x
30 - 5
31 - 6
32 - 7 x
33 - 8 x
34 - 9 ...etc

How should I present the pairs on an adjacent patch panel please eg: Pins 1&2 (Orn) or 4&5? (Blu)

...Also :)

Given these are the correct connections for analogue cards, what are the pin-outs for digital lines presentated on Amphenol cards? ie: 2 or 4 wire extensions, and what are their designation on the Amphenol please?
I understand the engineers are currently patching directly into the card using RJ11's - this suggests the cards may be a 4x16 -apparently and it looks messy; perhaps I should be asking how to terminate a 4 x 16 card :-]

Any help on extension cards and their physical configuration would be gratefully accepted.

Disregard that last question. I have recieved a list of pin-outs for DSM and ASM modules now. Got my Trunk and Extn. lines mixed up !
