I Have BCM imaging tools that came alongwith the BCM but i do not hqave the BCM Image. Can anyone help me out on this. Where can i get the Image from.

Nortel website, software downloads. Normally, new systems come with the imaging CDs

The three disks that came with the BCM is the actual image you need, however you will need to have the BIT Tool which is a seperate CD that can be purchased from Nortel. The BIT Tool is used to copy the ghost image from the 3 CDs to the new hard drive. You will need to have an internal CD connected to the available IDE port in the BCM. When you start the BCM the BIT Tool will self run and provide you with a code. Take this code to the KRS BIT Imaging generator (at the Nortel KRS website) and it will give you another code to enter. Once you've entered the code it will allow you to copy the ghost image to the new HDD.

Note: Regardless of how many times you run the BIT Tool, the code will always be the same if you're using the same BCM motherboard. I've actually used a standard PC motherboard to create a new image.
