I have a BCM 4.0 set up with all proper keycodes. I have sucessfully installed I Contact center before on version 3.7 with Web chat. Since I upgraded to 4.0, I get this message from the Web Page.
We're sorry, but Multimedia Contact Center could not complete your call at this time. The Multimedia Contact Center server is not responding.
Possibly, the system is down for maintenance, or there is a network problem. Please try again later.
I have checked that all services are up and running but cannot get past this message. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
