bcm i2050 softphone

Hi ,
I am trying to run the i2050 softphoen out of local network .
getting error " unreachable server "

am on dialup now just to overcome the condusuons through router

Do you have an IP client Keycode?

Make sure you have the published IP address of the BCM and port 7000 configured in the client. If it still fails, it's either a licensing problem (no keycode like ace referred to) or an IP routing problem.

Yes i am using the published ip address plus port # 7000 open fromfvs318 netgear router.
am not sure about keycode
