I have a 3 member broadcast huntgroup that answers all incoming calls. The customer wants to be able to handle more than one incoming call at a time on each phone. What's the best way to set this up?

That's not what a Hunt Group is about. It's job is to distribute calls in an orderly fashion, one call at a time. You need to have the calls ring direct to those three tels as multiple appear and ring buttons.
