We have 121 devices on our current Nortel and wanting to migrate to the BCM400.
We are wanting to use the same phones and understand that not all M7308, 10, and 24 sets will work unless they are Rev 16.
Can someone expand on this and tell me how to check each phone and what is needed to update them?
Thanks!
Duane

I was hoping that you would say...
Open the Nortel Manager and do an inventory on both systems.
Also, can they be upgraded? if so where.
Thanks!

That would be too easy. If there is no label you can press Feature * 7 and press 9. If the contract adjusts to level 9 you have a rls 16 or greater.

If I have rel 07, what will not work on the BCM? What features will i lose. Will the phones work?
