We have lost the ability to ADD or DELETE phones using the web interface. The options are GREYED out. Anyone have any ideas where to check?

The BCN crashed and I had to rebuild it. Which i did and at that time I could add and delete DN's. (Yes I made a backup after that as there was never one) Apparently I did
something to change the fact that I cant add or delete.
In Usermanager it shows my login having READ_WRITE Access.
I saw no other choices. Is there another menu to go into for specific rights to sub programming changes?

Would appreciate any assistance.
