BCM help

I have a BCM Enterprise Edge that says "(Connection failed) enterprise edge is not ready try again later", When trying to log in
The local contact says he power cycled the box to see if that would make any difference.
Has any one seen this before?
 
Look at the Cap's on the motherboard to see if they are leaking or Bulging so of the last BCM 1000's made had the same problem as the BFT of BCM 200 and 400. I had to replace 5 BCM 1000 MB. Nortel is no longer replacing them for free, but if you goto he repairs them for about $85
