Have two BCM 400 trunked with satellite, (yes it does work after tweaking a few codec issues, in spite of the latency 0f 1200ms) However, after two minutes the call drops. I thought I read about an issue like that but cannot find the post. Any thoughts? I suspect the routers, but want to make sure there is nothing in the BCM. QOS in the BCM 400 5.0 is not turned on as there are no alternative routes available to route to. QOS is turned on in the two routers.

bcm hang ups after 2 minutes

If it's allows exactly 120 seconds (or any other number), then I'd suspect an answer supervision issue. IE, the called end is not getting a answer supervision back from the called end, so it's terminating the call. This is just a guess, nothing more.
