BCM grouping people together

Hello! I have a small problem with BCM element manager. Basically we have many different offices in our building, and at the moment if someone elses phone rings in the same office as you, you can press 'feature 75'to pick up their call...

However, I have only just takes over setting up the phones and im not sure how this has been done? I am using version 2.21d.0. Any one have any idea how I can set this up or what section I need to be in?! Thanks for any help you can provide.

You have to program each phone to be in a pick up group, that is done in the capibilities of the phone it's called pick up group. look at the extention of one you want it to be like and see what group it is in then make the one you want to set up just like the other one.
