BCM Fax Receipt.

Hi.

We have a BCM50 with one extension dedicated to receiving faxes which we then access via outlook.

The mailbox was disabled and I deleted and recreated it.
As a result we are no longer receiving faxes. If I dial the particular number I get a this extension is not available message. I have changed nothin in element manger or anywhere else.

Any ideas.

Go into Call Pilot configuration for the mailbox in question and program the fax line (target line or physical line) in the field near the bottom. Can't remember the actual field name. Also check the box for Fax Only so when it's answered by the mailbox it automatically answers with fax tone.
