BCM Fax Problem 2

When someone want to send fax to us he/she hears an announce from callpilot which notices him/her to press start button of his/her fax machine. Our problems:
1)If we make this announce turkish some of our international contacts cant understand, if it is in english some of turkish contacts cant understand.
2)What will a person do or hear if he/she wants to send a fax to us from his/her computer?

How to overcome these problems?

1) if it is bcm 3.6 use feature "bilingual" in callpilot. the announcement will then be played in primary and alternate language.
2) if a fax-machine sends the init-tone (beep) callpilot aborts the announcement and switches to fax-receiving.

is it possible to remove the announcement? i want callpilot to send receive tone without announcement

thanks for your replies. but i have to find a way to remove this announcement may be with a patch. because our customers complaint about this.thanks again.

yes there is a way to do it but you have to have nortel remote into the system. The procedure is not documented. but nortel will do it and it works. i had them do it on a system for me and the customer is very happy with it.
