I have programmed a button on a 7316e addon Mod andd it gives me a dropdown list of the different Line treatment I can select from. I want to use Line 61 to make this call, but every time I hit enter I get (use Line 61 is not a valid option for value) I have tried changing Line Access from USE I/C to USE Line 61 but nothing works.
 
This is for dialing a External number and I want to use Line 61, but it wont let me use Line 61, it makes me use the prime line which is the Intercom key. I need to use Line 61 as this is our main number and we use this to forward our phones to an answering service.
 
Only way I know to force a call out a specific trunk is to put that line in it's own pool. That may cause other problems though.
 
What get's me is, they give you a dropdown menu of 8 choices but you can't use the one you need.
 
What are you using to program the buttons? All I get when I check mine is use prime line, use pool A, use pool B, use routing table. That's checking through Unified Manager (BCM 1000) and Element Manager on a BCM 50. Don't have desktop assistant pro handy to see what that gives.
