Hi there.
I need to get some information on a customer who says calls are dropping after 15 minutes; however I don't see anything when I look in monitor.
There was a BCM Extended Log Config tool I used ONE TIME... ALONG time ago, and need a document to remember what I did with it.
As the document appears not to be on avaya's site, does anyone out there have one?
