we have a new computer with windows vista. we are having trouble installing this application.

need help

won't work with Vista, need to change a setting on your lap top to Windows. I had somebody do it for me, so unfortunately i can't assist.

You can also upgrade the Vista to Vista Ultimate or Pro or whatever the highest level is.

One of our techs here has Vista Ultimate and Element Manager works just fine.
