I have a BCM that when one particular extension is in DND and a call comes into the operator, the operator transfers the call to the extension in DND. It then rings back to the operator after about two rings. The target for RNA and Busy are both set to go to voice mail. What else can I check. When the phone is in DND all calls transferred to it from the operator need to go to voice mail. Thanks.
