I have a customer who is moving one of their sister companies into the same building and wants to forward their lines over the existing PRI to be answered by an existing receptionist. Here is the problem, when the receptionist goes to lunch, she forwards the calls to a "ringer" phone and anyone in the office can pick-up that call when they hear the phone ring, however, the sister companys calls have to be answered with the CORRECT greeting. Is there a way to distinguish between which call is being answered once the main phone is forwarded?

Maybe an answer DN on the phones that points to the ringer phone? At least that would appear, and the button could be labelled appropriately.
