Want to find out if the DECT handset can pickup PARKED calls e.g.101. I can put on hold, conf but trying to get a parked call is problem. Any ideas on what needs to be done. Cheers

might need to post this on a key system forum, very few of us work with the bcd, or norstar product line of nortel. i have installed bcm's but not enough to try remote trouble shooting
