Have a customer that has intermittent dead calls, the caller can hear you but you can t hear the caller, on bcm 200, pri, been working with provider for 3 weeks, they have scoped the first b channel, only because theres generally only one call on switch when this happens, they of course say its clean, nortel has no previous docs of this happening on ni-1, only on ni-2, just waiting for 2nd level, any one else had this problem?
