BCM Cutting off but not losing power 2

BCM 400

The extensions on the system keep dropping out. The system itself does not drop out and shows no fault on the system fault log.

We have changed 2 x DSM modules but this has made no difference. I am currently in the process of getting the software level to see whether there is any upgrades. Would appreciate any feedback.

Is it phone to phone or phone to trunk?

There was a problem with trunks dropping because of bad power connecters on the BCM.

All the phones just randomly reset and come back up about 10 seconds later.

It is just like it is being unplugged.

Switch the system off pull out every MBM and the BFT and re afirm all the connections... i had a similar problem and that fixed it..

Yes all patches have been uploaded.
