BCM/CSE1000 and FAX

I have been trying to determine the FAX messaging capabilities of the BCM but have not been able to locate any difinitive documentation giving the options and how to use it. Also want to receive faxes on a CSE1000 and put them into users CallPilot boxes on a BCM. Are there any books or documentation telling me what options are available.

i think this is done using the AMIS protocol. Both (BCM and CS1000) support that. have a look at the AMIS chapter (BCM documentation)
