Hi guys
I have 183 BCM50 and 1 cs1k. all sites connected each other with voip trunk and NRS route all site to site voip calls.
My problem is voip fallback, i have configured everything like a documents for fallback to pstn, but its not working. when site to site connection fails and i try to call one of the sites bcm want to use still voip line.
how can i fix it?

This is very difficult to explain. You need to build a service mode, it needs to be on at all times. So, you have to build it as automatic and go off at 11:59 and back on at 12:00. Name it something like Fallbck. Now there needs to be a control set for this service mode and it's display is always going to show this service mode name in it's display, so make it the tel. room.

Also every telephone you want to fallback needs this control set DN as their control set. Furthermore, unlike overflow which will switch to the next route, fallback defaults to route 1.

See, if these clues get you any closer. Good Luck.

What type of gateway do you have on the CS1, is it a IPT gateway or signaling server? What codec are you using - G.729 or G.711? Highlight your IP Trunks under telelphoney resources and make sure your H.323 setting is setup for fallback to circuit-switched enable-all! Its easier to troubleshoot if you setup schedule for manual on feature code 987 admin pswd 23646 your fallback route becomes active. You can also envoke poor QoS by tweaking the MOS on your TX-threshold. Are you setup as UDP or CDP? Double check your private DN length, it needs to include all digits going out accross your VoIP Gateway, i.e.: ESN+HLOC+XXXX or 8-222-2252 = 8. Setup voip trks to go through private network as linepool b and pstn on line a. MCDN needs to be loaded on BCM as well for it to work, make sure BCM uses UDP ports 15000 for the MCDN signalling(D-channel) - good luck

continuing where Dewey left off. you will need to verify the remote access package is set for pool A. in routing set normal mode to the route for pool A. When you click on a destination code you will see "Alternate Routes". Set First route=pstn and 2nd route=voip route.
