BCM CPilot 4.0 CCR wave file

Anyone know what the maximum file size is to upload to the BCM callpilot? Customer is creating wave files which I will need to convert but they might be to large because they have a backround music with the voice recordings.

I believe 5MB is the limit. If the files are too large you can use a program like Goldwave to change the sampling rate on the files.

Just read the docs and 5 MB is the limit for MOH files for the IP music on hold. Glad it worked out for you.

I uploaded it to the Call center Greeting a just made it play 5 to 6 times
