I have a customer with four sites. They would like to have one number for all sites. An AA would answer and give the caller an option to select the site closest to them. Each remote site would have no more than 4 phone and would have either a T1 (with drop and insert DSU) or DSL router. The main site would definitely have a T1 possibly with a T1 card. I would place a bcm400 at main site with appropriate hardware and software licenses. The questions is if I have all of the licenses at the host site and drop and insert dsu with a router at the remote site, do I need anything other than IP or analog phones at the remote site.

Thanks

You plan on running IP Phones across the internet?
Shabby call quality.
No QoS.
Perhaps consider VPN tunnels from each site to the main site.
