BCM Configuration Pane shows nothing but welcome after restoring to factory defaults

I restored my BCM50 to factory defaults via WEB with every options checks. After it boots up, I don't see anything in Configuration Pane. What should I do to load the basic start-up profile?

Any help would be appreciated.

Log in with default password

you must now Change the password
Type in the password again for confirmation
The system will then disconnect you from the bcm

Log back in with the new password and all the configuration option will be there
