BCM conferencing - ad hoc

Can't seem to figure out how to create an inbound conference bridge on the BCM 4.0. Docs suggest it has ad hoc conferencing. Does anyone know ?

Doesn't do inbound - you have to add them. You can have up to a 40 party conference (or 10 4 party conferences, 2 20 party conferences, etc), but you have to add them in - you'll see a "new call" softkey when on a conference call.
