BCM CID?

I have a customer with a BCM 400. The CID shows the number first, I have searched the manual and the system, no help. I am trying to get the name first, no lines appear on any phones so telco dosent help.

It is on a per set basis but the set needs the line assigned to it and it is in the set programming under telco and name or number first but the default is name ,do you even get the name some PRI's unless you request and pay for it only give the number.
