I have a BCM 50 rel 2.0 networked with IP trunks to a BCM 400. The 50 is using centralized voicemail from the 400. Everything is working except when a line is answered with Auto Attendant the phones on the 50 go directly to voice mail instead of ringing the remote phone. Voice mail DNs have access to the IP trunks assigned. Anyone have a suggestion about how to make this work?

Im a little confused straight to vmail when using corporate directory and or dialing there extention thru Auto attendant?

When dialing remote extensions or dial by name, call pilot does not try to ring the extensions but goes direct to the user voice mail. The local extensions all ring at the phones.

Your Vmail ports need access to the VoIP trunks.

enable network transfer on call pilot config settings must be checked on the 400.
