I've never played with Centralized VM; I have a customer who was interested in the idea, mainly because he wants his receptionist to be able to transfer calls to MBs across multiple systems.
I can't find in my doc or anywhere how it impacts users mainly for features. I gather you can't use F986 across systems; but can she still use it locally? Do the users still use F981, or do they have to call, say 5000, the extension of the host system's VM? All of them? locally can they use 981? If they call 5000 across systems, does the system recognize the DID and ask for password, or extension AND password?
If you have further detail on this I'd appreciate it; if there is other impacts like the lost of visual interface, are the coding (8 for admin, 2 for new, 6 for old) changing, ect...
