BCM CDR trouble shooting

Is there any decent documentation on troubleshooting CDR pushes? I have about 30 BCMs with 22 working. The other 8 are set up exactly the same but will not transfer.
2 send but have no data. grrrrrr

Any ideas?

After you push the data to the ftp do you need a third party software to read the data?

not to the best of my knowledge, We have recieved some new patches from nortel, though it has only fixed half of them . . .

What do the patchs repair? Is it reporting or connectivity?
I have been trying to use cdr client wrapper and I went through all the problems of connecting to the server and finding out not to use XP so I am on a 2K machine. I think I have all the permisions correct and the login to the 2k machine and my cdr user are the same including the password. I can connect to the server and I can click the start button to capture the data but I never get any data in the window. I have the reports set to Norstar and All selected in the configuration. CDR service is running. Any ideas why I see no data? Is it that I don't have the patches. How do I know if the patches were installed or not? I have a BCM 400 3.6 2.2c

not sure, it looks to be only for 3.6
the patch is called BCM_360.096_CDR2.64.0

How do you get the patch? I just talked to my brother who works for Quest as a technician and he is going to try to find out some information from the BCM smartie pants guy in his office. I will post if I get any information. The brother tech support thing isn't always the bestI'm low on the priority list.
