BCM CDR Setup

Can anybody give me some direction on setting up the CDR and what the settings would be. I have my laptop with the wrapper hooked up to the network and can not even log in, I cant get it to prompt me for the username and password.

It's all in the BCM documentation. Click Other Applications at the BCM documentation menu, then select CDR System Admin guide.

Mr Marshall also has guides on his site that show how this is done.

If you have XP SP2, you might be out of luck as SP2 blocks DCOM services which are used for the real time client.

I went through the documenatation and Mmarshall's info, and I have everything working on an XP PRO Machine but I can not get it to work on Windows 2000?
