hi,

i have a number of bcms where i have managed to sucessful setup an ftp push on all them except for two. they are running 3.5 and 3.6. an attempt gets the following error

can't change to working dir = 5!!!

i have check the e:\ and there is over 1gb of space on both. a restart on both servers has also failed to get the push cdr working. and i can create an ftp session from dos prompt on the bcm to ftp server where all the data is being pushed to.

does anyone have any ideas?

thanks, wonga316

There are some FTP/CDR patches for release 3.6 that address these issues. Usually this affects systems that were upgraded t0 3.6, not ones that shipped with 3.6.

It shouldn't affect the 3.5 systems though.

Thx biv343. Could it be anything else if the 3.5 system. To be exact it's a BCM200 running 3.5 version 2.3b
