BCM CCC Reporting

I have a customer with BCM 400 with 3.7 sw and CCC. They cannot get any historical reports for 2009. Reports from 2006 through 2008 appear fine. The last date they can enter and get reports from is 12/31/08. It will not even let them enter in 2009 as an option.
Any suggestions?

The fix was solved 2 days after the New Year. Search the FAQs, or previous threads. It's even on Google.

No luck searching the FAQs and old threads. I did find some info on another website. It looks like applying some patches to the BCM will resolve the issue (even though the patch recommended was on Nortel's site from 3/25/08???)
I'll give it a shot and see what happens.
