BCM CC Historical Data error : NoCCData

Hello Team.
I just did a clean install on win7pro 32bit for CC reporting on BCM50R6.
Running IVU i get the error The BCM has reported the following error : NoCCData.
4 Skillsets are configured and functioning OK for long time.
what i am missing?
