BCM Cartridge

hi,
I am trying to connect a bcm 50 by dial up. when Iconnected ?t started to download cartridge but it cannot finish the downloading.
what can I do to connect Bcm?

The BCM you are connecting to has a newer version of EM. Go to Nortels website and download the latest EM. Then you should beable to connect with out problem.

You have to be registered on Nortel to get it .Nortel.com

I have registered anymore.but couldnt find Cartridge part.

If you are registered, click on Software Downloads, select the area for Switches etc, below the area where you download software patches for the BCM system, there is an area for Device Integration or something like that. You may find Element Manager in there

Just above the patches, Software releases. In there is the latest EM to download

You need to be an authorized dealer or part of and not just "registered".
