BCM can only make long distance calls

I have a tech at this location and he is telling me that this customer can't make local calls, but can make long distance calls, any idea on what to check.

are they dialing 10 digit local calls?

the default dialing rules for local are 7 digits

they are dialing 9 and then the 7 digit number.

how are hte calls failing - during dialing, after completing dialing - what type of lines

Does your Telco requirer you to dial NPA-NXX-xxxx or just NXX-xxxx for local calls??
