I have a customer that has a CCR tree with more than 1 menu nodes setup. They would like to be able to return to the main menu node at any time and from any where in the CCR tree via 1 digit dialing.Example: I call and get answered by Menu o greeting, I press 1 for sales which is a menu node, once I am in this 2nd menu node can I dial a digit to get me back to the 1st menu or menu zero?

Try setting up an SDN for the main node. Then put the SDN in as the transfer destination for the key press identified as the "return to main menu" option.

I sometimes use one of the options in the sub menu to say return to main menu press 8. (Home)
set up 8 as transfer to information box and record a message to tell the person they are being transferred.
set the mailbox return option to go to previous menu or Home when message is played.
OR if you dont want to tell the person they are being transferred then record a moment of silence in the iformation message box instead
