BCM Calls for You

BCM 400 - Ver 3.7 - 7316E telephones
We have one DN that the user's phone ALWAYS has the time/date on the first line, and on the second line, CALLS or MSG.

All the others DNs will remove the time, and say
1st - CALLS (or MSG) for you
2nd - CALLS or MSG

of course, until you clear them and then the time/date comes back.

I've searched and searched to find the difference between them to set them all like the first but cannot find any differences. Any ideas?

The user may have inadvertently turned on static time.
Try doing a Feature #806 on that set and see what happens.
