I have a really weird question that just started for our BCM50 r5 and r6 locations.
Scenario:
BCM50 r5 and r6.
1140 IP phones
Users have FNA programmed to roll to another station instead of voicemail, when we change to have the user roll to voicemail, the user rolls to voicemail of the person that is on the first "logical port" in the BCM, not the active users voicemail.
The work around has been to increase the ring count for the First "logical port" and decrease the ring for the originating user.
