I have a really weird question that just started for our BCM50 r5 and r6 locations.
Scenario:
BCM50 r5 and r6.
1140 IP phones

Users have FNA programmed to roll to another station instead of voicemail, when we change to have the user roll to voicemail, the user rolls to voicemail of the person that is on the first "logical port" in the BCM, not the active users voicemail.

The work around has been to increase the ring count for the First "logical port" and decrease the ring for the originating user.

Is this on incoming calls or transferred calls?

If you have lines programmed to set ring on multiple sets the are all CFNA to voice mail at the same ring count, the lowest physical port will be the one to forward to voice mail. Your work around is the only solution unless you change how you operate.

Maybe post your setup with details and why you change the CFNA timer at times to see a work around, so far looks like Hunt groups might help in this case.
