BCM - Callpilot - Direct all messages to a different mailbox ?

Sorry to ask and it's probably very obvious but....
at one of our offices far far away we have a bcm 50.
It's been set with all calls going to HuntGroup 1.
(Hunt group 1 is DN 461, and has extensions 221-229 in it)
User 224 has made a mailbox etc and if possible we'd like all voicemail to go to this.
The problem is that all voicemail messages are going to the General delivery mailbox when sent from Schedualed services and the hunt group after its timeout.
Surely all I got to do is rename the mailbox to 461 so that the Callpilot transfers messages to it... am I right ?

In this case overflow to 224,have 224 FNA to vmails DN (F985)

I usualy recommend creating mailbox 461, overflow to vmails DN (F985), then go into mb 461 setup Off Prem Notify to call Internal 461...this way any set in HG01 can listem to the message.
You can also program a 2nd phone to a mailbox (F983) if that phone does not have a mailbox to begin with so that is gets the Indicator.
So do one or both the above.

Not sure why Scheduled Services is involved?
