when I login to all my BCM Callpilot's, about every 30 day's it make me change the password, is this a changable option and if so where is it located.

That seems strange they would use class of service 7 for the master login for the callpilot, you would think it would be under Configuration menu, but then again this is Nortel were talking about. Y
