BCM-CallPilot access problem 2

Have BCM 1000 w/3.6 software...open unified manager and CallPilot and expect to see all applications on left screen...only see Call Center, no Auto Attendent, no mailboxes and no CCR. System has professional Call Center activated and working, but I can't access AA to change line admin. Anyone ever had this prob. before?
 
Can you access the BCM programming? Can you access Vmail by calling the Vmail DN?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
Can access BCM programming and get voicemail login when calling CallPilot DN. Everything is functioning properly, calls are being answered by Callpilot, but can't access AA or CCR to make changes.
