I'm about to set up the Call Center on the BCM 2.5 system.
I follow there steps to do this using the CallPilot:
1. Create and initialize Skillset Mailbox, Agents, Greetings.
2. Configure lines in the LinesAdministration menu. Here I'm confused: should i take any 15 lines of 500 available or the specific line pool?
3. Set the AnswerLine status to 'Y' in the FEATURE.982.
Then I call the Skillset DN, and hear ringback only, neither agent's telephone calls, nor greeting can be heared.
Any suggestions?
