BCM callback application

Has anyone used a 3rd party application for callbacks? For example, if you are waiting for someone to take your call it gives you the option of getting a call back instead of holding.

I've not used a 3rd paty app for it - I've always used the in-built ring back when free feature.


if you call an extension there will be a softkey marked LATER - press that and the system will ask if you want to 'Ring again'
