Hello and thank you in advance for any help you might provide me.

I have a customer that has a BCM and call pilot. They are subleasing some of their office space and would like to lease time on their switch as well.

My question is - can I have two separate automated attendants based on incoming C.O. lines? So that if a call comes in on lines 1 through 5 the caller gets "thanks for calling company "A", and if the call comes in on lines 6 through 10 the caller gets "thank you for calling company "B", for accounting..."

And if this is possible can someone please direct me to a previous posting on the subject or kindly give me some clues as to how to accomplish this.

I have checked the FAQ's and searched the forum and can not find a definitive answer.

Thank you again,

Michael

Yes you can. You assign the BCM lines to the Call Pilot, under a separate Greeting with or without a different CCR Tree

Example:
Company A= Lines xxx to xxx = AA Greeting 1 = CCR Tree 1.

Company b= Lines xxx to xxx = AA Greeting 2 = CCR Tree 2.
